Paul says that they are in a questionable state because the ownership is changing and he’s going to become the unique owner. In the meantime, he has opened another brewing company with other partners where he is the brewmaster so basically business is well. In Missisipi the law changed, one of the last actions that passed on brewing, but I didn’t understand why this is so exciting for Missisipi. Hello, while listening I understood that in conversation #1 you are driving somewhere and your cousin tells you where to go and at the same time you’re speaking about the repairs(painting) in her house because she wants to sell it and buy a new one that will be larger somewhere around there.
And in conversation #2 you’re speaking about the brewery that he recently had become the only owner of and all the things related to the brewery.
And I’m not sure about the spelling of this word brewery)
I had to listen to the conversations three or four times before I could understand what you’re talking about
